helenaminnis: My name is Helena Minnis and I am a second year Environmental Science student at Plymouth University, originally from Taunton. I have always been conscious of the environment and how we interact with it. Since studying environmental science at A-level I have been especially interested in the use of plastic and the effect it has on our oceans and all that they inhabit. My aim is to inform and educate so that as many people as possible are aware of the profound effects that plastic waste has on our environment. I hope you enjoy reading my blog!
